We're currently recruiting for an Administrator / Delivery Officer to support in our recruitment campaign.


Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Expiring Docs Report- to include checking all essentials & assist with information regarding booking training on TTM website.
  • Verify certificates and all other file essentials & attach accordingly.
  • Reporting any breaches.
  • GV Process-Application, Review & Return.
  • Process GV Copy Requests.
  • Carry out work instructions in line with TTM Healthcare processes and procedures.
  • Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements.
  • Daily administration and secretarial tasks including documentation management
  • Ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and that service levels are maintained
  • Other tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in administration
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Can demonstrate excellent time management skills and high level organisational skills
  • Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
