Our team provide candidate care on a whole other level. It’s not just your own dedicated consultant representing you, behind the scenes our team are working on opportunities for you as one. However, our policy is to keep the point of contact the same person, so candidates and consultants get to know, appreciate and understand each other.
Peter Maher - International Workforce Solutions Sales Manager
Peter joined TTM Healthcare in 2013, as part of our international team. Progressing from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager, Principal Consultant and now Team Leader, Peter has undertaken over 150 oversees campaigns on a face-to-face basis. Today he focuses on recruiting nurses on a web-basis, from India, the UAE and Philippines.
Peter has been described as an ‘esteemed colleague’ who is consistently one of the top performers across the entire business: Peter is our only Consultant to place over 100 candidates in any one month. Managing our overseas partners as well as undertaking direct recruitment using digital marketing/social media - Peter has a natural strength in business development. Peter believes one of his core abilities is his adaptability, flexibility and growth in the face of significant market changes.
Niamh Burke-Senior International Account Manager
Niamh is responsible for placing between 45 to 65 international nurses a month in permanent roles within the Republic of Ireland and the UK. She has been part of the TTM family for 9 years and loves meeting people and has a successful career with in TTM, working in serval areas of healthcare recruitment such as intellectual disabilities, mainstream residential, HSE locum and perm roles and the UK locum market.
Growing up in county Clare, Niamh went on to complete a BBs (Hons) Business Studies (Marketing and Management and exporting) and Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Tourism and Event Management.
Working in non for profit and the sales industry since 2013, Niamh found her role in TTM perfect for her personality, goals, and passions. Niamh joined TTM in 2015, quickly moving up to a Senior International Account Manager.

Niamh has many accomplishments to her name: She has lived and worked in Dubai and Australia, has travelled throughout South American and completed a 5-day hike to Machu Picchu. She has raised over 30,000 euros for Special Olympics and DEBRA Ireland, has won four All Ireland Set Dancing competitions, is a two-time International Set Dancing winner and has the great opportunity to perform Irish dancing in Chicago, New York and Spain.
Bryden Cody - Senior Account Manager
One of the things we love about TTM is the diversity of our people. Our consultants come from all walks of life, bringing their expertise and learnings with them, and developing important new ones. This is certainly true for Bryden. Originally from Kilrush in the west of Clare, Bryden graduated from NUI Galway with a BSC in Earth and Ocean Sciences.
He travelled in Australia working in construction as well as in IT - but found his tribe at TTM and has never looked back. Bryden joined us in 2018 as a Delivery and Compliance Consultant and has grown along with the TTM International division, he is now a Senior Account Manager with proven skills in meeting the needs and managing relationships with some of our valued clients. Bryden has been involved in the delivery of over 2500 nurses across the UK and ROI in recent years.
Aoife Holland - Account Manager
‘Making an impact’ is what drives Account Manager Aoife, every day. Helping people to secure new jobs, make life-changing decisions and build their futures is both inspiring and rewarding for her. Aoife is from West Limerick and holds a first-class honours degree in Business Studies. She was introduced to recruitment during her university placement within a corporate HR department – and knew she wanted to build her career in this line of work. She joined TTM and, supported by our personalised development plans and training, she quickly progressed. Aoife is a great initiative-taker and critical thinker, which helps her always put her clients and candidates first. She has a very real interest in people and is acknowledged for her great communication and problem-solving skills – always with a view to making life easier for those she works with.
Joanne Murphy - International Co-ordinator
As part of TTM’s International Team, Joanne is responsible for shortlisting and scheduling interviews and since starting in May 2022 has been involved in the delivery of hundreds of international nurses.
Joanne herself was always very interested in the nursing sector and worked as a qualified Health Care assistant herself before joining TTM to work within Healthcare in a different capacity.
Joanne enjoys being part of a winning team and the opportunities that TTM can offer her. TTM really lives its ethic of “Realising Potential”.
Laura O'Gorman - International Co-Ordinator
Within her role as International Co-Ordinator for TTM’s International division, Laura prepares and schedules interviews for up to 100 nurses each month. She grew up in Cooraclare, Clare and started her career with TTM to kickstart her career in recruitment. After hearing about TTM at a careers fair in college she was excited by the remarkable things she heard about TTM – and the rest is history.
A true team player and a driven and determined person, Laura finds the best aspect of her work is the people, the positivity, and the friendly welcoming way that has come to define the company.
