Healthcare Assistant Vacancies Dublin

As Ireland's largest provider of agency staff to Disability Services nationwide - TTM Healthcare have partnered with a number of Leading Intellectual Disability providers across Dublin. With up to 40 positions available, located in services across both North and South Dublin, we are looking to recruit staff with all levels of experience from Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers to Social Care Workers. These roles are based in both Residential and Day Services and there is a range of full-time hours available.

Successful applicants will provide support to children and adults with intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities. Some of the individuals they support will present with challenging behaviours or behaviours that concern. You will work alongside an experienced team in assisting service users with the activities of their daily living. Working hand in hand with service users to promote and maintain their independence, building the day around the service users needs and supporting individualised plans based on their needs and interests.

As part of TTM Healthcare's locum team, you will get hands-on experience working alongside experts in the field. Day-to-day support and guidance will be provided by your on-site line manager, with TTM Healthcare's own Clinical Manager available to answer any questions or queries that might arise when working on shift. TTM Healthcare's staff deployment policy means that you will always be booked-out to worked in a service that you have previously been inducted/worked in. This allows our employees to set themselves up to be successful in the work environment.

Shift Patterns: The shift patterns across these services will range from Days, Nights, and sleepovers, which will be booked in advance and tailored to your own availability.

Requirements

  • FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Special Needs Assistant, Healthcare Support or relevant

  • or FETAC/QQI Level 7/8 Social Care Degree

  • Flexibility – availability for a range of shift patterns is required

  • Commitment – in the current context, staff must work with one service only​
