TTM Healthcare are proud to have partnered with a number of well known services in recruiting Healthcare Assistants for a number of locations across Cork City, Mallow, Charleville ,Fermoy, Bartlemy, Montenotte, Charleville, Cobh and Mitchelstown. With up to 50 open roles available we are looking to recruit staff with all levels of experience including Special Needs Assistants, Healthcare assistants, Social care workers and those with relevant Life experience also welcomed. These roles are based in Residential, Community and Elderly care settings and there is a range of full time hours available per week in each location. Due to planned growth and expansion within these services in the coming year, successful candidates will also have the opportunity to consider a full time permanent position should they meet the requirements.
The purpose of these services is to enhance the quality of people's lives. They provide services across County Cork supporting people with disabilities in residential, shared care, outreach, day service and Elderly care settings. Their main aim is to ensure they are offering a safe and happy environment for employees, while giving individuals the tools to grow and progress in order to reach their goals. There will be a dedicated team who will be on site to guide and support you through an in-depth induction period and throughout the role.

About the roles
Staff will provide support to children and adults with intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities where some of the individuals will present with challenging behaviours or behaviours that concern. Those interested in the Elderly care services will be working with service users presenting with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and physical disabilities. You will work alongside an experienced team in assisting service users with the activities of their daily living. Working hand in hand with service users to promote and maintain their independence, building the day around the service users needs and supporting individualised plans based on their needs and interests.
Pay rates are determined by written relevant experience and range from the below:
€13.02 - €19.60 Day rates
Premiums applied for Weekend shifts and Night shifts
FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Special Needs Assistant, Healthcare Support or relevant
or FETAC/QQI Level 7/8 Social Care Degree
Flexibility – availability for a range of shift patterns is required including days , nights , sleepovers
Commitment – in the current context, staff must work with one service only
Pay range with a possibility of a permanent position
Dedicated consultant and 24/7 on call support
Flexible working hours
A dedicated team will be on site to guide and support you through an in-depth induction period and throughout the role
