About the Programme:
We are offering three graduates the opportunity to join our fast track trainee manager programme to fully immerse themselves in the world of recruitment by completing several rotations in teams across the business. This 12-month programme will include training on the full recruitment cycle, lean training, access to our leadership and mentoring development programme. Graduates will also have to play an active part in one of our committees as well as completing three presentations to the Managing Director.
This programme is based in our Ennis HQ, with the opportunity to work in our Manchester office on rotation.

The process is as follows:
Stage 1 - Applicants need to fill out an online application form and upload their CV, as below.
Stage 2 - Successful applicants will be invited to complete online testing
Stage 3 - Once applicants have passed the online testing process, they will be invited to attend an assessment day in our HQ in Ennis week beginning the 13th April
Stage 4 - Final Interview stage taking place week beginning the 27th April
