General Manager - National Human Resources Pay Related Assurance Unit (HRPRAU) - Naas, Co.Kildare
Overview
To establish, lead and manage the National HR Pay Related Assurance unit, which is responsible for identifying and addressing with the local services non-conforming Payroll related payments and provide a level of assurance that such payments are consistent with HSE T&Cs and DOH Consolidated pay scales.
The post holder will be responsible
To undertake the investigation of HSE Payroll and HR Systems, to identify and engage with local services to rectify anomalies in staff remuneration and develop comprehensive reporting systems to support same.
To provide advice, guidance and information to both internal and external stakeholders.
To ensure alignment of and compliance with the relevant NFRs, T&C’s etc.
To play a key role in service planning and performance management in the CCRO
To develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
Salary: €73,243 to €89,163
