Finance Roles with the HSE - Kildare

TTM have partnered with the HSE to recruit a General Manager to establish, lead and manage the National HR Pay related Unit. As part of this new team, we are also recruiting a Grade VIII Data Analyst and a Grade VIII who has expertise in Payroll. Closing date for applications for these roles is the 23rd of March 2021.

General Manager - National Human Resources Pay Related Assurance Unit (HRPRAU) - Naas, Co.Kildare

Overview

To establish, lead and manage the National HR Pay Related Assurance unit, which is responsible for identifying and addressing with the local services non-conforming Payroll related payments and provide a level of assurance that such payments are consistent with HSE T&Cs and DOH Consolidated pay scales. 
The post holder will be responsible

  • To undertake the investigation of HSE Payroll and HR Systems, to identify and engage with local services to rectify anomalies in staff remuneration and develop comprehensive reporting systems to support same.

  • To provide advice, guidance and information to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • To ensure alignment of and compliance with the relevant NFRs, T&C’s etc.

  • To play a key role in service planning and performance management in the CCRO

  • To develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.

Salary: €73,243 to €89,163

To collect, analyse, interpret and identify patterns in data sets in relation to non-conforming Payroll related payments and provide all relevant stakeholders with ongoing timely reports
