Recruitment Academy Assessment Day

Join us at our HQ in Ennis for our Recruitment Academy Assessment Day.

12th of February, 9.30am-4pm

We’re seeking ambitious graduates - interested in pursuing a career in recruitment and sales - to join as Associate Consultants and Acquisition Specialists as part of our Recruitment Academy.

The assessment day will include an introduction to TTM and recruitment careers with us, along with a short interview and group assessments to assess your suitability for our Academy Programme. 

Who should apply?

This programme is suitable for new graduates, as well as those seeking a career change to sales and recruitment.

Please note: 

As this is an assessment day, pre-registration is essential. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept walk-ins or candidates who have not spoken to our People & Culture team after registering.

• Yellow Belt Lean Training

• Recruitboost Online Sales Training System

• RDB (CRM System) Learning Management System

• Masterclasses in recruitment from our experienced Recruiters, Managers and Business Support Teams

• Opportunity to complete the National Recruitment Federation’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice

• Placement with each divisional team; to understand all aspects of perm and temp recruitment
