Positions on Offer

  • Permanent full time Staff Nurse, Caislean Service, Galway City East -The successful candidate will be required to work between the various community houses and day care programme areas associated with the Caislean Service, depending on service needs. Working Hours will be 39 hours per week based on a 7 day duty roster.  The successful candidate will be required to work weekends, public holidays and night duty to meet service needs.

  • Permanent full time Staff Nurse X 3, John Paul Service, Galway City East - The successful candidate will be required to work between the various community houses and day care programme areas associated with the John Paul Service, depending on service needs. Working Hours will be 39 hours per week based on a 7 day duty roster.  The successful candidate will be required to work weekends, public holidays and night duty to meet service needs.

  • Permanent full time & Permanent part time Staff Nurse, Bruach Na Mara Services, South Connemara, Co. Galway - Candidates will be required to be completely flexible in this position and will be required to work a variety of hours including day and night duty and programme hours as required. They will also be required to alter and work between different community houses and day programme areas within the Bruach na Mara Services. Permanent full-time post is 78 hours per fortnight based on a 14 day duty roster. Permanent part-time post is 39 hours a fortnight based on a 14 day duty roster.

  • Permanent full time Staff Nurse & maternity leave cover Nurse, Children's Services, Galway City - Assignment will be to Crannog Children’s Respite Services who provide a respite service to children up to 18 years of age who have a wide range of needs including those with Physical disability, complex medical needs, Autism and behavioural needs.Working hours will be 78 hours a fortnight based on a 7 day/night duty roster.

Requirements:

  • A current Live Register Certificate with the NMBI (An Bord Altranais)

  • RNID is desirable an/or experience working with Care of the Elderly

  • Full clean drivers’ licence required
