Nikita was first to join TTM 5 years ago, and it wasn’t long before her positive experience inspired her sister Clara to follow in her footsteps. Clara, now almost 3 years with TTM herself, says it was Nikita’s genuine love for the work and the fulfilment she found in supporting others that encouraged her to take the leap.
As a parent, Clara values the ability to choose shifts that fit around family life rather than the other way around. Nikita highlights the opportunity to explore different roles from providing personal care and companionship to assisting in catering and domestic tasks.
