TTM Celebrates 20 years of Powering Potential
A visionary leader, a phone book, a telephone and a mission to Enhance the Quality of People’s Lives: this is how the TTM Healthcare Solutions story began back in 2002. Twenty years on, we celebrate our position as leading specialists in Healthcare Solutions. For two decades, we’ve been helping to Power Potential for our talent, our partners and our #TTMTribe. Today, we are proud of our success on a global level and inspired by the impact our unique solutions have on our partners, daily.
Over the years we have built a network of exceptional temporary, full-time and contract-based healthcare talent. We provide thousands of healthcare organisations in Ireland and the UK with healthcare professionals of all grades and specialties – from doctors to healthcare assistants – as well as essential support staff. We’ve grown and evolved, yet our mantra has always been – never stand still. We constantly walk in your shoes to understand your challenges, and we have stayed wholly dedicated to healthcare so that we are in the best position to solve the unique needs of all our partners. Through listening and learning we have developed new and innovative solutions – such as our International Workforce Solutions that bring a wealth of talent from abroad, and our Support Services division which places non-medical support staff into medical settings, from HR and finance to catering and porters. These are complemented by our progressive Healthcare Process Outsourcing Solutions which support our partners’ internal processes and teams.
Behind our success are our award-winning team members: our #TTMTribe with their deep knowledge of, and expertise in, the healthcare sector. Our people set us apart, and while we have grown, we remain true to our core values and the Family Principles that we took to heart from day one. We believe this has helped make us more than just a company: TTM is a culture and an energy that is dedicated to making a difference.
