As a result of Covid-19, recruitment and manpower delivery has utterly changed for service providers and healthcare staff. We’ve listened to our clients and partners - ad hoc agency shifts are now a last resort, services now require front-line support from consistent staff teams to ensure the health and safety of the people in their care.

Consistent delivery of suitable qualified, vetted and experienced healthcare staff has always been at the core of TTM’s offering. And since February 2020, we have continuously responded to the Covid-19 pandemic, changing our model of delivery in response to our partner’s needs and requirements in the public, private and voluntary sectors. We understand that service provision is evolving at present, with each organisation revising how they engage with and deliver services and supports to the people they care for.  

How We Can Support

Agency Panels: TTM have been retained by a number of our partners to assist them with the re-opening of their services. To support your contingency planning, we can deliver staff on an assignment basis to particular day/residential units as required. We can commit to panels of staff being available to your service or unit on a consistent basis as required for a period of 8-12 weeks. This facilitates your organisation in re-evaluating your ongoing staffing needs as your services resume operation.

Temp to Perm Placements: At the end of an agreed agency/locum assignment, many of our partners have hired TTM staff they would like to join their organisation on a permanent basis. It’s a cost effective option - any cost accrued in respect of that placement is offset against the recruitment fee. This ensures that your organisation doesn’t pay twice for the same service - the identification, screening and introduction of staff. Furthermore, it ensures the placement is a success long-term as the candidate is already a fit for your organisational ethos, culture and work practices.

Permanent / Contract Recruitment: Finally, we know that lots of our partners plan to hire further staff to manage any potential challenges that the next six months might present. If you would rather hire directly now, please let us know and we will be able to find you a suitable panel to hire directly from the outset.
