TTM Healthcare have partnered with Attuned Programmes Ireland in the recruitment of a Social Support Worker for a full-time permanent contract in Attuned Programmes Ireland Aftercare Service located in Kildare.
Attuned Programmes Ireland bespoke aftercare services provides support and accommodation for young adults who are leaving care. Attuned Programmes Ireland recognises the inherent individuality of each young person with its primary focus being on meeting them where they are at' in a non-judgemental, non-confrontational manner that supports their developing independence through healthy social relationships wherein the staff team role model and engage with the young people in a lived aftercare programmes are 1-3 years in duration depending on the needs of the young person.
The Social Support Worker will support the young person in developing self-care and independent living skills while helping them to develop the capacity and opportunity to eventually live an independent life in the community. The successful Social Support Worker will work with a team of Social Support Workers and Social Care Workers and will be highly motivated and have an interest in playing an active role in supporting the resident.

Essential Criteria:
- Level 5 qualification in a related Social/Health/Community capacity
Desirable Experience:
- Experience of working within a Trauma Informed Approach
- Experience working with vulnerable young people
- A full clean Drivers Licence
