Senior HR Generalist

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Senior HR Generalist working with St. Josephs Foundation Charleville 6-month Contract

THE BACKGROUND:
As a leading staffing partner to St. Josephs Foundation. We are now looking to increase our locum panel in Charleville, working with St. Joseph's Foundation, Baker's Road. Our team currently work across multiple locations and grades within this service.
The location is well provided for by public transport. Several Bus Eireann bus routes serve the hospital. We are now seeking to recruit a Senior HR Generalist to work on a consistent basis alongside our existing team to offer increasing support to this service.

Interested applicants must be available full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job is for a Senior HR generalist on a full-time locum basis and candidates would need to be flexible and adaptable. Your role would involve working as part of a team to provide a quality service to meet the needs of the service while guided by other senior staff. The role includes recruitment of staff and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Present, train and/or facilitate workforce development programs. Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs. Conduct and manage investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.


Your Educational Responsibilities:
This role requires relevant HR qualification, 3+ years relevant experience.


Your Communication Responsibilities:
Fluent written and spoken English and excellent report writing skills.




Your Health and Safety Responsibilities:
In order to work in a Healthcare setting you must have the appropriate level of medical clearance. Candidates will need an up to date fit to work certificate from their doctor along with any mandatory vaccinations.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:

• Experience in similar position.
• Must have eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Have a minimum of 3 years recent experience
• Have fluent written & spoken English.
• Fit to work certificate
• Must have (or be willing to complete) training as required.
