We're currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our Temp Ireland team. We are particularly interested in a candidate who has a passion for recruitment and sales and who has 5+ year's experience in Recruitment and leading a team.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:
• Meeting all personal and team KPI's
• Design and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base in both current and new markets.
• Roll out daily planners and power hours to ensure Business Development is core to daily activities on each consultant desk.
• Ensure a clear, consistent sales message and approach is adapted across the team for all client communications.
• Supported by Brand, oversee the development and roll out of clear USPs (Unique Selling Points) for each business line to support business development initiatives. Why Us?

• Negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy and comply with discounts and approvals allowed for
• Ensure that every client is issued and returns a signed copy of terms of business & has credit approval in place.
• Responsible for overall recruitment process for nominated desks.
• Leading the team in Canvass calls daily to seek and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to generate leads and maintain competitive awareness
• Work with Branding Dept to Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customised strategies to grow our brand
• Networking with clients, and attendance at local networking events.
• Responsible for overseeing the client experience end to end, from initial enquiry / engagement, through to service delivery and then tailoring our approach based on feedback sought and received.
• Ensure that best in class strategies are in place to Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of service delivery.
• Perform regular service reviews with all clients. Develop and maximise relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of client organisations to ensure TTM is part of their full organisational manpower planning solution (not only front line)
• Develop, drive, and execute our candidate deployment strategies across our business area to ensure maximum candidate utilisation and high fill rates.
• Manage a team of recruitment consultants to ensure that their activity is seamlessly aligned to the changing needs of the market
• Network internally and externally with clients.
• Client visits- Ensure client visits take place weekly across consultant team with both new and existing clients to maintain existing relationships
• Review Fill Rates weekly per customer, taking strategic steps to improve as applicable.
• Reviewing and taking strategic steps to increase average margin per hour achieved across the desk
• Working closely with the Acquisitions Team Leader - Develop, drive, and execute our candidate sourcing, compliance and deployment strategies for all areas of our business to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Work with Central Compliance to ensure the business maintains a bank of fully compliant workers who's training and development is in line with industry standards & client expectations.
• Deliver best in class communication / service to our community via workplace, Making sure that our community of locum workers get market leading customer service and feel valued.
• Work closely with HR in relation to changes in legislation, allegations, grievances or queries to ensure that all are handled promptly.
• Lead and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants who will work closely with the acquisitions team to engage with candidates right throughout the entire recruiting life cycle of our locum candidate bank from the time they have successfully passed interview and have been shortlisted for locum deployment.
• Ensure that the activity of the team is seamlessly aligned to the changing needs of the market
• Ensure weekly check ins with active temps to get feedback with a focus on candidate retention.
• Ensure that locum bank utilisation is maximised with consistent long term lines booked where possible. Manage temp availability to meet client needs in line with KPIs
• Support the Acquisitions Team leader to develop and oversee best in class candidate attraction screening and recruitment strategies from reviewing live job adverts, to social media campaigns etc. Working with our live bank of temps to increase average margin per temp per week and average no of hours worked per temp per week.
• Pushing the business / clients towards placing more longer term temps on consistent lines with fewer touch points at increased GP per locum per week.

Team Management

• Drive a sales culture by Growing and developing a team of sales people.
• Create and retain a high performance sales environment to reward high achievers and support employee retention
• Develop scripts and visual aids to improve the quality of customer engagement and sales results
• Support the learning and development of team members via coaching and mentoring.
• Assess each team members strengths and weaknesses and set plans in place to support their development over each quarter.
• Support the development of your team through encouraging participation in best-in-class training programs as they are made available - seeking out same where they are not available.
• Ensure that each team member is working to a structured daily plan to ensure all key sales generating activities are completed daily.
• Overseeing delivery of team performance and monitor KPIs weekly, taking corrective action where KPIs are not achieved 2 months in succession. (PIP)
• Develop individual team members along the TTM roadmap for succession planning for future management and leadership development
• Ensure that each team member is recording all activity on CRM ITRIS and working to set KPIs.
• Complete quarterly performance appraisals for all team.
• Perform weekly 1 on 1 check ins with each team member.
• Perform 1 monthly documented check in / progress review with each team member.
• Devise and Deliver the business plan for the team and then set quarterly targets and objectives for all team members - holding regular team meetings to discuss and review progress.
• Provide accurate forecasts of team gross profit for manager to use in weekly management and board meetings.
• Collating weekly activity reports for all team members
• Alongside Business Manager, monitor budgets and spend in relation to the P & L
• Oversee the interview, recruitment and retention of team members.

Other

• Perform auditing and quality checking particularly in relation to compliance standards and client meetings/ calls.
• Dealing with Integra on rates, queries and BAU,
• Build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management
• Run reports weekly as required
• Present monthly to the executive and senior management team on previous months performance
• Cover desks as required in relation to holidays and on call cover
• Carry out work instructions in line with TTM healthcare processes and procedures.
• Ensure records are kept inline with legislative requirements.
• Any other duties as required.

What you need to succeed?

• Ability to work in a highly competitive environment requires an individual who can work autonomously and under pressure
• 5+ years experience in a Recruitment position with management or team leader experience
• Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook
