TTM currently holds contract with the world's leading health systems including the Irish HSE, the Northern Ireland HSC, The UK's NHS, a number of Australian Health Boards to name a few. Our expanding Medical team is looking for an Experienced Recruiter/Team Leader to join our team in Ennis, Co. Clare, Belfast, NI or Manchester, UK. We are also open to remote workers who can service our clients in Ireland , Northern Ireland and the UK.

About the role:
You will be an experienced recruiter of Healthcare Professionals (Medical Doctor Recruitment experience would be preferable but not essential) and have a good knowledge of Healthcare Recruitment gleaned from your current or previous roles. The role will involve developing innovative sourcing strategies for Doctors from overseas and domestically -your aim is to find and make compliant Doctors for our clients in Ireland, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and North America. Excellent communication skills and a track record of account/client management is essential.
You will join a team of Senior Consultants and work with the support of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Compliance staff to ensure that Doctors can join our clients in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:

• Responsible for organising and administering project interviews on behalf of clients, providing feedback to clients and candidates and chasing up on offers and acceptances.
• Responsible for overseeing the candidate experience from point of offer, from initial through to service delivery and then tailoring our approach based on feedback sought and received.
• Ensure that best in class strategies are in place to serve our candidates, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of service delivery.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates to clients on the status of interviews, compliance and candidates in pipeline.
• Using excellent communication skills across both written and verbal whilst always maintaining professional and well-functioning desk.
• You will be responsible for ensuring all content that you draft is done so with a high level of attention to detail and in a manner that reflects our business.
• Adding and refreshing candidate and contact details on the CRM.
• Adhering to all company policies and meet all legislative requirements per client and or per guiding client policy.
• Achieving weekly KPI's set by division manager.
• Any other duties as and when required
