We are seeking to recruit a part time Personal assistant and office administrator to work in our office in Rathmnes.
the role is 20 hours per week and has flexibility on working days and structure of the week to allow for work/life balance.



You will be responsible for:
• Reception duties.
• Diary and travel management
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Maintaining office, kitchen and janitorial supplies
• Coordinate maintenance and contractors
• Invoice processing
• Assist with company events
• Any other duties as and when required

Professional Skills
• Communicate and build relationships throughout the group.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Solid computer skills across MS suite
