We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join our tribe, based in Ennis.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Processing of high volume, UK & Irish payrolls, in accordance with Irish Revenue, HMRC and internal policy guidelines.
• Maintaining all payroll data on the payroll system (starters, leavers, changes of personal and salary data).
• Oversight, liaising and continuous improvement with outsource payroll provider.
• Managing BIK calculations and application of third-party deductions.
• The documentation and implementation of all payroll processes and procedures.
• Processing payroll-related data and produce metrics.
• Responding to all employee queries in an efficient and timely manner.
Essential Skills Required:
• IPASS & CIPP qualified.
• Equivalent with 2+ years' experience of running, administering, and reviewing weekly and monthly payrolls for a large company.
• Experience in end-to-end processing of Irish & UK payroll.
• Experience in Micropay, SAGE UK payroll.
• Experience in implementing new payroll software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong systems and excel skills.
