We are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Personal assistant and Office administrator to work for this boutique venture capital company based in Rathmines.This is a full time role which involves working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other key members of the management team while also having essential involvement in the office administration and general running of the day to day office duties. The organisation are dynamic.....ultra modern and have a strong identity and culture. The role will suit an individual who thrives on working in a dynamic and collaborative way and who enjoys informality,growth and fun.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintain the highest standards in a welcoming and safe work environment
• Administrative support to the team
• Ensure that all visitors have a positive experience as they enter the office and act as primary
point of contact for deliveries, couriers, and post.
• Coordinate office facilities proactively
• Take responsibility for general office administration including stationary, car parking,
meeting room bookings, all incoming calls, taxis, couriers & maintenance.
• Support the COO in various capacities with any routine queries and business support tasks.
• Manage diary to ensure optimum use of time.
• Carry out adhoc tasks related to both COO & CEO
• Answering, dealing, and filtering enquiries confidently and with discretion.
• Creating presentations and reports as required.
• Assisting with the organisation of events and team building activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with day-to-day business activities.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be able to work on various projects
simultaneously.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate ownership, tracking and follow through to resolution on all queries and issues.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 2-years PA/Administrative experience desired
• Demonstrated ability to provide top-class service
• Highly organised with excellent time management and possess a supernatural eye for detail
• Confident, approachable and a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• High level of initiative and self-motivation.
• Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature.
