TTM Healthcare are proud to have partnered with Depaul Ireland who currently have a exciting opportunities for Human Resource Generalists to join their team in Dublin on a permanent basis.

35 hours per week with hybrid working options
Salary €33,119 per annum

Key Areas of Responsibility:

To provide support to the Learning and Development specialist by:

  • Managing the admin and maintenance of the learning management system
  • Coordinating lunch and learn sessions
  • Coordinating various online and face to face learning programmes including the organisational inductions, Emerging Leaders and other learning initiatives.
  • Communicating with all learning and development stakeholders internal and external.
  • To provide support with mandatory training to maintain compliance levels within the Organisation.
  • Liaise with the senior management team and other managers to deliver P&O support throughout the organisation.
  • Ensuring accurate employee training records are maintained. Assisting in the development and update of Organisational policies and procedures in line with evolving legislation, ensuring policies and practices are complaint with ROI employment legislation and EU regulatory obligations.
  • Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and approving a variety of data, and reports, then making recommendations depending on findings.
  • To support other functions of the People and Organisation department when required.
  • The above list is not exhaustive; additional areas of responsibility may be added over time and flexibility to cover for other staff roles is required from time to time.

Person Requirements:

EDUCATION:

3rd level qualification or equivalent (ideally relating to HR/L&D or Business Support) essential.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years' paid experience in an office/business administration role. (essential)
  • Experience of working with a learning management system (desirable)
  • Experience of managing a training calendar, from planning, booking and the managing attendees and associated admin. (desirable)
  • Experience of working within the social care, not for profit sector (desirably within homelessness)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to create HR communications appropriate for the audience.
  • Creative and energetic with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent time management / enabling to balance a varied workload and to prioritise.
  • Excellent negotiating, influencing and people skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent team skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.


KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of HR functions (employee employer relations, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of employment law and legislation
