Key Responsibilities
Please note this role is not limited to the below duties.
• Manage all administration of People & Culture related documentation involved with the introduction of new staff to Resilience.
• Support Senior Management Team meetings and where necessary, minute meetings and follow up on actions accordingly.
• Proof reading letters and reports.
• Perform general administrative duties which may include: meeting management, travel arrangements, calendar management.
Qualifications
• HR/CIPD preferable but not essential.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role you must have:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a People & Culture administrative role or similar work environment.
• Professional attitude with strong organisational and planning skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent administration skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Ability to work on own initiative, is self-motivated and flexible.
• Have a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
