TTM Healthcare in partnership with our HSE client are recruiting a Grade IV HR Recruitment Clerical Officer in Ballymun. A vacancy exists for a Full Time Temporary (3 month initial contract), with the potential for a permanent contract to be offered.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35hr week)
Rates from €16.02 to €25.72 depending on relevant public sector experience.
HR is strongly advantageous

Essential requirements:

• 3 Years' experience working within a Human Resources or similar administrative function
• Strong communication Skills
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Excellent IT skills, especially Word and Excel Microsoft Packages
• Knowledge of computerized systems and an interest in database development
• Previous recruitment experience
• A 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline/area to include a CIPD qualification

Duties:
• This role will involve assisting with the coordination of the recruitment function for the Organisation from post management to and including Interview stage.
• Administer employee data changes, e.g. advertise roles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, reference checking and offers
• Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Human Resources department.
• Provide HR administrative support across the service
• Responsible for co-ordinating the new starter process including preboarding and on-boarding
• Accurately maintain HR systems and files
• Review all HR policies and procedures annually
• Act as point of contact to support and assist employees and management with HR Queries and Employee Relations issues
• Provide support for Human Resource project-based activities
