TTTM Healthcare are currently recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing on behalf of a Kilkenny based acute Hospital.
Job type: Permanent / Full-Time
Sector and subsector: Medical & Healthcare | Management / Senior Appointments
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), or eligible to register.
5-7 years post-registration experience in the acute hospital setting within the last 9 years.
Demonstrate 2 years management experience at CNM 111 level.
Completed a formal recognised post-registration relevant to the role (eg. Management)
Demonstrate understanding of, and commitment to, the underpinning requirements and key processes in providing quality patient centred care.
Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to influence others.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of quality audit/assurance systems.
Strong knowledge of financial and budgetary controls.
Experience with clinical and professional practice development.
Strong IT/Applications skills.
Experience as a standard lead with JCI.
Desirable:
Relevant Masters
