TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with a leading Intellectual Disability Service to hire a Administration Officer (Grade IV) in Dublin 6 on a week-to-week basis.
Week-by-week contracts.
Monday - Friday, 35 hour working week.
Pay scale in line with HSE Grade IV: €16.02 - €22.50 per hour depending on experience
Requirements
To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • 3+ years administration experience
  • Experience working in reception
  • Medical Administration experience and audio transcription desirable
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, busy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
