TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to work on a 30-hour week in our Ennis HQ in Ballymaley.
If you have strong computer skills, enjoy working with others, have excellent administration skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment then we would like to hear from you. Please note this role is based in our Ennis office and applicants must already have the right to work in Ireland.
• General reception duties
• Answering inbound phone calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Maintaining office and liaising with cleaners and contractors
• Managing General office POs and invoice processing
• Coordinating catering, travel, hotel bookings, etc.
• Conducting a daily walk =-through of the office, resolving and issues
• Other duties as required
