1. Qualifications:
We are recruiting those with a full QQI Level 5 in Healthcare, or a childcare related discipline, as well as those who are part-qualified. We are also accepting applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds whose passion lies in Social Care. You can work with Resilience on a permanent basis while you study a QQI Level 5 in Healthcare, which is fully-funded by Resilience Healthcare. Any additional service-specific trainings will be organised for you and are fully funded by Resilience Healthcare also.

2. Progression Opportunities:
Resilience Healthcare offers real progression opportunities with many Support Workers going on to become Team Leaders and Service Managers within a short period. Agency staff can convert to a permanent basis with the organisation in future.

3. Excellent Pay Rates:
Rates of pay start from €15 per hour for fully qualified applicants, with evening, night and weekend premium pay rates. You will receive annual pay increases in recognition of service. Those joining as part of the Re-Train programme will also receive an excellent rate of pay.

4. Joining Bonus
Those joining on an agency basis in April, May or June 2023 will also receive a joining bonus of €100, which will be paid after working 100 hours with Resilience Healthcare through TTM. *T&Cs apply

Requirements

• FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Childcare
OR be part-qualified 

OR be open to working towards obtaining a full FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Healthcare while you work with Resilience
• Driver's License
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• An interest in working with adults with physical, sensory, and intellectual disability

• Be open to completing all mandatory trainings as required by the service [fully subsidised]
