Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling Administrator to join our team in the Ennis, Co Clare office! The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of the scheduling of Care staff shifts.  
Duties & responsibilities:  
-Working closely with the Client Services Manager.  
-Building relationships with healthcare professionals.  
-Resourcing healthcare progressionals within Irealand & abroad
-Manage staff bookings to ensure a satisfactory shift fill rate.  
-Other administrative duties as required.  
-At least 1 years' experience in busy office environment.
-IT proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages.
-Administration qualification is desirable but not necessary for applying.  
-Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.  
-Ability to multi-task and cope well with pressure.
