Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling Administrator to join our team in the Ennis, Co Clare office!
The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of the scheduling of front line Advanced Home Care staff for our sister company Resilience Healthcare.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Support the Director of Services Advanced Home Care and the Care Team Leads in the scheduling of Staff Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
-Participate in the implementation of Resilience Care's Quality and Safety Management System
-Participate in developing policies and procedures where required
-Assist with weekly payroll
-At least 1 years' experience in an administration or customer service environment
-IT proficiency
-Administration qualification is desirable but not necessary for applying
-Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
-Ability to multi-task and cope well with pressure
