Your new role
As Recruitment Manager, you will have full responsibility of the management of the recruitment function. This will include the implementation of recruitment strategies concerning employer branding and other related activities. You will oversee a recruitment and workforce planning strategy to catering to the evolving needs of the organisation. You will work closely with with the HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to achieve recruitment objectives.
What you will need to succeed
You will have a BSc/BA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role with a large organisation and will ideally have a wide knowledge of the public sector. You will be well informed of modern HR practices and Employment law. You will have 360 degree recruitment experience along with experience in employment branding.
