Job: Service Manager / Clinical Nurse Manager  ( Residential Unit)  
Location: Dublin South         
Payrate: €50,000 to €55,000      
Roster: Days Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm           
Contract: Full/Part Time Perm Contract          
         
         
On behalf of our client I am recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager for a Home Care group offering support to individuals within their home. This service enables clients may they be older or disabled to stay in the comfort of their own home by supporting the highest quality of life that is achievable.      
       
Our client is seeking an experienced CNM for a Service Manager position of
a small retirement residential unit in Dublin South.
       
       
Duties:      
Ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients, including delivering care if required;      
Assisting with all client and staffing issues;      
Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to;      
Be fully compliant with internal operational audit procedure;      
Prepare and present status reports and presentations as needed;      
Manage area billing and accounts receivable;      
Assisting with carer recruitment;      
Communicating client and carer concerns or problems with directors or other staff members as appropriate      
Ensuring all shifts are covered and adequate relief is care available      
Attend MDT meetings      
Liaise with MDT re issues that may occur;      
Shadow new carer's to demonstrate correct care practices and CAT sign off as per HSE SLA tender 2016 requirements      
Training/coaching/mentoring/directing the delivery of care with the care team      
Investigation and report documentation of Accidents/ Incidents/Near Misses in the workplace      
Investigation of Complaints and reporting outcomes      
Provision of emergency care when required      
Client Assessment/Risk Assessment      
Client Reassessment      
Client Reviews/Carer Supervision Visits      
Introduction of carers to clients - including Hoist demonstrations as needed      
Attend HSE meetings      
Contribute to business development and growth of the organisation      
Completion of KPI's and growth targets in alignment with policy requirements Clinical lead for the care team      
Responsible for quality assurance in the office      
Ad hoc duties as required;        
       
       
Requirements            
Active NMBI Registration          
Newly Qualified and Experienced nurses welcome
