Your new employer is a large healthcare provider based in Tralee, Kerry
Your new role
Your new role will require you to assist with the HRIS administration to assist in reporting of metrics, KPIs and other operational deliverables. You will be responsible for the analysis of the organisation through HRIS metrics and will deliver training to other staff on the HRIS software.
What you will need to succeed
You will have a minimum of two years experience working in a busy HRIS administration position. You will preferably have experience working on quality metrics and business analytics of HRIS KPI's. Experience in delivering training on HRIS software is desirable but not essential. You will have excellent organisations skills with great attention to detail, will be a strong communicator and will have the ability to work on your own initiative.  You will be personable, determined and will have the ability to work under pressure.
