Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing guidance to internal staff and ensuring that all new employees are fully compliant. You will assist the HR manager and Recruitment manager in providing administration support where necessary and will provide general HR advice to employees. You will prepare correspondence including offer letters and contracts along with a wide variety of other HR Administration duties.
What you will need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in a busy administration capacity, HR Administration experience is desirable but not essential. You will be have, or be working towards, a HR degree / qualification or related field. You will have excellent attention to detail, will have a typing speed of 60 words per minute and will have the ability to copy type. You will have excellent communication skills, will be comfortable in taking direction and will be happy to work in a team and individual basis.
