Overview of the role:
The Admissions Liaison Manager is a clinical post which will support the North Dublin Nursing Homes with maximising bed occupancy.
Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, the post holder will act a Clinical Liaison for all referring hospitals ensuring timely and appropriate transfer of residents to and from our nursing homes.
Minimum of 5 Years Nurse Management experience ideally in older person services.
A qualification in Gerontology is an advantage.
Be able to demonstrate compassion and respect in dealing with residents and families.
Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in every interaction.
Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders and conduct all business in a professional manner.
Have excellent decision-making ability and capacity for problem-solving.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
