We are recruiting for a number of Person in Charge with a demonstrated track record within intellectual disability services, to manage a number of residential units in North Dublin.

JOB TITLE: Service manager
Salary : €44K-€59K
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead a team, providing residential supports to adults with intellectual disabilities. You will work closely with the Service Manager, providing supervision and leadership to the staff team, ensuring that a high standard of care and support is delivered to service users living in their own homes in the community.
You will work in a way that is consistent with the organisation's ethos and values, in a safe, respectful, empathetic and person-centred manner that promotes inclusion in community life.
The Person in Charge must have the following :
Possess a recognised and relevant 3rd level qualification in Social care or related field ( ideally Honours degree/level 8)
Demonstrate an ability to manage and lead teams
Demonstrate values in line with the organisations low arousal philosophy and human rights based approach to service delivery.
Have experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours and complex needs.
It is desirable that candidates:
Have a full drivers license
Have a management/supervisory qualification
Have experience in the disability sector
Have 3+ years experience in a supervisory/management role in a similar environment.
