Experienced Day Service Manager:  
Our client is a not-for-profit community based organisation that provide a wide range of health-related and social services to adults with an intellectual disability throughout North Dublin  
We've been retained to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Day Service Manager for their services in North Dublin. The successful candidate will take on a leadership role over a large Day Service.     
Reporting to the Operations Manager, s/he will be centrally involved in all aspects of management and must have an in-depth understanding of and experience in the provision of services and supports to adults with a disability as outlined in current national disability policy and underpinning regulatory requirements. Knowledge of HIQA standards are essential and any experience in leading a HIQA inspection would be favourable. Knowledge and understanding of New Directions- Personal Support Services for Adults with Disabilities is paramount.  
Experience working in / managing a day service is essential.    
This is a full time role, permanent role.  
Salary scale is €44K- €55K    
Applicants must have a third level qualification (QQI Major Award Level 7, 8 or 9) in at least one of the following: social care, education and training, intellectual disability nursing, management or another related discipline.    
A minimum of 3 years' previous experience in a leadership role is essential, as is a full clean driving license.
