We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join our award winning team based in Ennis Co. Clare. A Gold Standard Deloitte Best Managed Company, TTM Healthcare recruits health and care professionals from all over the world.
The successful candidate will have experience working to targets in a pressurised environment while providing excellent customer service.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Compiling the full Personnel file on each healthcare applicant to agreed standards, ensuring that each file contains all of the necessary documentation based on the profession of the applicant
- Completing and verifying references over the phone and email
- Assisting with preparation of professional validation applications
- Telephone and email contact with candidates to ensure timely receipt of the above documents to ensure Targets/KPI's are reached
- Ensuring that all documentation received is scanned and logged on the day of receipt
- Compiling progress reports on each assigned administration project to strict deadlines
The ideal candidate must have:
- A minimum 1+ years' experience in a busy office environment or call centre
- Proven IT skills with experience using MS Office package
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while achieving targets
- Proven experience in working in an environment where a high level of attention to details is required.
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
