Compliance Officer


Job Description

We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join our award winning team based in Ennis Co. Clare. A Gold Standard Deloitte Best Managed Company, TTM Healthcare recruits health and care professionals from all over the world.
The successful candidate will have experience working to targets in a pressurised environment while providing excellent customer service.
Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Compiling the full Personnel file on each healthcare applicant to agreed standards, ensuring that each file contains all of the necessary documentation based on the profession of the applicant
  • Completing and verifying references over the phone and email
  • Assisting with preparation of professional validation applications
  • Telephone and email contact with candidates to ensure timely receipt of the above documents to ensure Targets/KPI's are reached
  • Ensuring that all documentation received is scanned and logged on the day of receipt
  • Compiling progress reports on each assigned administration project to strict deadlines
The ideal candidate must have:
  • A minimum 1+ years' experience in a busy office environment or call centre
  • Proven IT skills with experience using MS Office package
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure while achieving targets
  • Proven experience in working in an environment where a high level of attention to details is required.
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
