The Director of Marketing will have overall responsibility for designing, developing and owning the overall Marketing Strategy for the TTM Healthcare Group.

Additional responsibilities would include:
  • Represent and promote the value of marketing, the company vision & brand strategy at the most senior level in the business.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and deliver the competitive positioning.
  • Translate the strategy into tactical marketing activities to deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Manage the marketing team to deliver the marketing program and the established KPI's.
  • Develop initiatives, including the use of digital and marketing tech, to continuously drive the commercial results of the business.
  • Manage the measurement of the marketing program through appropriate metrics and report to the business.
  • Lead the team to test, refine and improve marketing tactics, on and off line.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
 

The ideal candidate must have 12-15 years' experience within the marketing field as well as being able to demonstrate the following:
