Duties include:  
 
  • Issuing, and return of signed locum terms and conditions of employment and consultancy agreements to limited companies using docusign
  • Issuing agency worker handbooks using docusign
  • Quarterly auditing of contracts v people payrolled.
  • Coordinating actions from the weekly ISO/ Complaints and Allegations meeting.
  • Administration of all grievance, disciplinary paperwork for agency workers.
  • Conducting investigations for potential disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Minute taking for formal disciplinary meetings.
  • Identifying policies and procedures that require updating and to ensure that we follow best practice advice.
  • Offering support to the HR manager on employee relations and performance related issues.
  • Internal Performance Management- sitting in on counselling sessions with internal line managers.
  • Conducting Exit Interviews.
  • Receiving incoming internal hire requests and adding them to the hiring tracker.
  • Sending hiring tracker out on a weekly basis.
  • Uploading adverts to Job Portals, TTM Healthcare website and Social Media.
  • Adding CVs to our CRM system.
  • Sending holding and regret replies to applications.
  • Screening Candidates and 'selling ttm'
  • Scheduling of interviews in hiring managers diaries
  • Sending confirmation emails to candidates along with the 'Bringing success to work' document
  • Receiving post interview feedback and either regretting candidates or scheduling for second round interview.
  • Confirming 2nd round interviews
  • Making job offer to candidate.
  • Uploading of paperwork as and when required onto the Online HR system
