Resilience Care is Ireland’s leading independent provider of specialist health and social care services. They are expanding their team to support a growing number of children and adults along with their families in homes, communities and respite care centres across the country.

We are currently looking to recruit a new Head of Advanced Homecare.
The Head of Advanced Homecare will join an experienced Senior Management Team, and will have responsibility for the management and strategic development of the Advanced Homecare division. Advanced Homecare has a well-developed quality and clinical governance structure, with key personnel such as Clinical Risk Manager, Practice Development Manager, Nurse Managers and our internal training team with capacity in areas such as tracheostomy care, advanced paediatric life support etc.
Advanced Home Care is the specialist division of Resilience Care that provides nursing and carer support services to people with complex care needs within their own homes. We predominantly support children with complex medical needs and their families, specialising in facilitating transitions from acute or rehabilitation settings back to home, and serve public and private sectors. Our objective is to provide person centred home care services which meet the highest standards in clinical practice, safety and quality. Resilience Care is on the HSE framework of approved providers for the provision of homecare services to children with complex care needs.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior manager with the following qualifications and experience.
It requires a candidate that can combine a high level of Clinical Governance and the energy and strategic capability to grow the huge potential of Advanced Homecare Services nationally.
Educated to Degree Level in Nursing (Registered General and/or Registered Children's Nursing), essential
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Services Management, desirable but not essential.
  • Five year's experience in managing services at senior level
  • Clear Record of Continuing Professional / Management Development.
  • Record of Achievement at Senior Level.
  • Capacity to Influence and work across professions and departments.
  • Strategic thinker, with well-developed analytical skills.
  • Data Analysis and Report Writing.
  • Excellent Organisational skills.
  • IT Skills
