TTM Healthcare are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team in Ennis, Co. Clare.    
Duties / responsibilities:    
-General accounts administration    
-Working closely with the Group Financial Controller  
-Completing weekly cash flow statements for Senior Management  
-Assistance with preparation of monthly management accounts    
-Involvement in the financial year end audit  
-Involvement in audits with factoring discount provider  
-Responsible for reviewing month end reports to ensure costs/revenue is treated correctly  
-Key involvement in the testing, implication and transition of the new online pay and bill system  
-Assistance with AP & GL Ledger Maintenance    
-Point of contact for the current supplier processing our payroll, billing and purchase ledger  
-Completing monthly/quarterly/annual CSO/VIES/VAT/P30/P35 returns  
-Work with Group Financial Controller and wider Finance Team on projects  
Key requirements / experience:    
-Minimum of 2 years previous Accounts Assistant experience required in industry    
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy    
-Proficiency in Microsoft packages especially Excel    
-Experience in SAGE accounting package an advantage    
-Good communicator, both verbal and written    
-Experience and ability to deal with internal and external queries in a timely fashion    
-Team player and experienced in working in a growing and changing environment    
-Proficient in English, both verbal and written    
-Ability to meet deadlines
