PERSON IN CHARGE/PIC (RESIDENTIAL)
A Person in Charge (PIC) is required for a residential intellectual disabilities service in Charleville, North Cork.

Reporting to The Area Manager the ideal candidate will have:-
- A HETAC Accredited Degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or a qualification in Nursing (RNID) or Social Work (Degree) and an appropriate management qualification.
- Not less than five years' experience working with children/adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential.
- Three years management or supervisory experience including staff management, supervision & appraisal
- Extensive experience of working with children/adults with intellectual disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge and supporting care staff in similar environments.
- Experience of managing residential budgets
