Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit the following.
SOCIAL CARE WORKERS (Residential - adults & children)
Permanent Rostered 5/7 Duty and Relief
Maximum of 48 hours per week including sleepovers.
Reporting to the Person in Charge the ideal candidates will have:-
- A HETAC Accredited Diploma/Degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or a qualification in Nursing (RNID) or Social Work (Degree).
- Experience in managing behaviour which challenges
- Experience with adults/children with intellectual disabilities.
- The ability to work on his/her own initiative and supervise service users/staff in a residential setting.
- Excellent HSE payscales and promotional prospects.
