Job Description

TTM Healthcare is seeking to recruit a Clerical Officer in Castleblaney
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1-2 years' experience in an office administration role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proven record of prioritising tasks and reaching strict targets with efficiency and accuracy
 
This is initially a 3month contract.
