Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Client Care Specialist to join our HCA team in Ennis, Co. Clare.
The ideal candidate will be able to maintain excellent client relationships, whilst continually meeting targets.    
Main duties and responsibilities:  
-Provide a quality to service to clients.     
-Building client relationships and managing their needs.  
-Maintaining good candidate relationships and managing their needs.       
-Filling staff bookings to a high standard.
-Manage information databases including shift rosters, priority contact lists, etc.
-Managing the timesheet/payroll process.
-Lead generation and “soft selling” through existing clients.
-Updating all information captured - conversations, bookings, etc. on the CRM system.
-Carry out work instructions in line with TTM healthcare processes and procedures
-Ensure records are kept in line with relevant legislation.
-Other administrative duties as required.
-At least 1 year of experience in a busy office environment.
-IT proficiency.
-Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure  
-Ability to adapt in order to support colleagues  
-Ability use initiative in order to problem solve
