As a result of a very busy period within the business, TTM Healthcare requires an Administrator to join our Ennis office on a temporary basis.  
This in ideal opportunity for someone with an administration background and excellent IT skills to gain experience in a friendly, exciting and fast-paced recruitment environment.  
Duties & responsibilities:   
General office administration and reception tasks, including but not limited to the following:  
-Assist with answering the high volume of calls coming in and dealing with client and candidate queries.
-Taking detailed messages for colleagues to ensure a high standard of communication with clients and candidates when the calls cannot be diverted.
-Greeting visitors to the office, ensuring that they are adequately attended to.
-Recruitment administration as required including database sorting, saving and filing.
-Paperwork administration.
-Assisting with basic payroll duties.
-Other administrative duties as required.  
-At least 1 year of experience in an administration/office environment.
-Excellent IT skills: comfortable with Microsoft Office packages and adequate typing speed.
-Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure  
-Ability to be flexible and adapt in order to support colleagues, meaning undertaking adhoc tasks.
