Job Description

TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Portlaoise is currently recruiting a Grade III clerical officer for a 3-6 month contract. This role covers all aspects of clerical and administrative work within a large healthcare organisation.
 
Duties
Day to day office duties eg. correspondence, post, typing, faxing, filing, photocopying etc
Logging all enquiries, telephone calls, complaints etc.
Assisting in the drafting of letters, memos and general information to internal customers,
clients and the general public.
Populate, maintain and update local database and records
 
Interested candidates must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft office and at least 1-2 years administrative experience.
