Due to continued growth, exciting opportunities have arisen for Graduate Recruitment Administrators to join our Sandyford, Co. Dublin office.  
   
Duties & responsibilities include:
    
-Building relationships with healthcare professionals  
-Candidate sourcing, profiling and screening  
-Using a variety of methods to attract candidates, e.g. posting quality job ads, attending open days, etc.
-Understanding and matching client requirements
-Other administrative duties as required  
   
Requirements:  
   
-Degree qualified, ideally in a business related discipline
-Ability to multitask, work to targets and cope well under pressure    
-Ability to adapt in order to support colleagues  
-Ability to use initiative in order to problem solve
