We are currently looking for 2 Temp Administrators to join our Compliance Team for 8-10 weeks in order to assist with a busy period. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience to further enhance their skills and get their foot into the door of an exciting, expanding organisation.
 
Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
-Scanning, saving, filing and sorting documentation
-Drafting and sending correspondence
-Compiling personnel files to agreed standards
-Completing professional references
-Assisting with preparation of professional validation applications
-Ensuring that each file contains all of the necessary documentation based on the profession of the applicant
-Telephone and e-mail contact with candidates & clients
-Adhering to strict administration deadlines
-Carrying out work instructions in line with TTM's processes and procedures
-Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements
-Other administrative duties as required
   
The ideal candidate will have:
   
-At least 6 months administration experience
-High level of attention to detail
-Good communication skills & telephone manner
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-Proven IT proficiency
