Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Sister Company Resilience Care in the Ennis, Co. Clare office.
Duties & responsibilities:    
-Formatting healthcare professional CVs for tenders
-Preparing job adverts  
-Reviewing CVs
-Screening potential candidates  
-Arranging interviews
-Assisting with creating rosters for existing staff and actioning roster changes as required  
-Dealing with incoming calls
-Other administrative duties as required  
-1+years administration experience in a busy office environment  
-Recruitment experience would be an advantage but not necessary to apply  
-Excellent IT skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, Microsoft Word and Excel in particular
-Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure      
-Ability to adapt in order to support colleagues     
-Ability use initiative in order to problem solve
