Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Manager to be based in our Dublin or Ennis offices. This is a really exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop a rapidly expanding Medical team. The successful applicant must have experience in healthcare recruitment as well as growing both locum and perm business.   

Summary of the role:  
To manage a team of recruitment consultants to provide a market leading recruitment service to clients and candidates in the Healthcare Sector. This includes developing business with new clients, maintaining and building further business with existing clients. This role also involves focusing on developing Consultants and identifying new market opportunities. 

Main duties and responsibilities:   

-Developing staff & managing the team 
-Supporting experienced and trainee consultants in all aspects of their delivery and development 
-Managing outcomes and team dynamics 
-Setting and managing to KPIs and targets in order to meet the teams overall requirements 
-Participation in team leader and operations Meetings 
-Prepare and provide weekly and monthly MI reports to management and for the clients where required 
-Support all aspects of new contract implementation 
-Supporting management in the prioritising of resources in order to deliver key sales 
-Work to specific agreed KPI`s. 
-Attend networking events in support of the Business development function from tome to time as required. 
-Ensure client and candidate records are kept up to date on TTM CRM systems. 
-Carry out work instructions in line with TTM healthcare processes and procedures.
-Work to cross sell the businesses other divisions where appropriate 
-Gather info on client, decision maker and number of employees and opportunities for cross-selling other parts of the business. 
-Regular client visits- both new and existing clients to maintain and develop existing and new relationships 
-Provide full and regular reporting on all of the above in line with management requirements 
-Business development 
-Supporting the management team in identifying and developing proposals for larger scale contracts and tenders. 
-Supporting the management team in compiling sales documentation, tender etc, 
-Negotiate fees and rates in line with your manager / director and comply with discounts and approvals. 
-Ensure every new non-vendor managed service client is issued and returns a signed copy of terms of business. 

The ideal candidate will:
-Have management experience in a healthcare recruitment environment
-Have experience building locum and perm business
-Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
-Be tactful and articulate 
-Have strong, proven leadership skills
