Surveillance Assistants - Temporary - Limerick
At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with a client based in Limerick City who have available opportunities for a Surveillance Assistants with excellent experience, skills and knowledge.
These are full time posts with an expected contract duration of 6 months.
Our clients service seeks to protect and promote the health of the Irish population.
The post holder will be responsible for providing surveillance support services.
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative services to scientific and clinical staff, committees, and working groups.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
·Data Management and Reporting
·Administrative and project support for outbreak investigations
·General Administration
·Participate in mandatory training programmes
·Adheres to policies, legislation or governance requirements relevant to own area.

Professional Qualifications, Experience Requirements

(i) Hold a qualification at Higher Certificate at Level 6 NFQI, or higher, in a scientific, laboratory or related area
or
(ii) Have at least two years satisfactory experience as a Clerical Officer in the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies, or a body which provides services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004
and
(iii) Have at least 2 years' experience providing administrative and project support in a scientific or medical environment

Other Requirements:

The opening hours of the service are liable to change, depending on service needs. Post-holders must be flexible in terms of working hours to facilitate this.
The service may be open 7 days per week. Post-holders will be required to work weekends, as required, to facilitate this
