TTM Healthcare have a requirement for Support Workers and Social care workers for One of our Services in Co. Sligo.
Location: Sligo
Type of Worker: Support Worker
Hours Available: Moday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
We are looking to speak with candidates that have experience as a Support worker, Healthcare Assistant, Social Care Workers, Care Assistants and those with relevant life experience. This role is in Supported Accomodation with full time hours available per week.
About the Roles
Working with Service users in a day service setting. Helping with Carrying out activities, Socialising Service users into the local area and promoting independance.
What is Required?
You will have:
• Minimum of 12 months previous experience working with adults with physical, sensory and intellectual disability;
• Experience working with service users with Autism and Epilepsy;
• FETAC level 5/Social Care qualification or equivalent;
• Completed or be willing to complete a Patient Manual Handling course;
• Eligibility to work in Ireland;
• A strong sense of empathy, flexibility and a team-oriented work ethic.
• A Full Drivers Licence is essential.
• Medication Administration
